With early December being such a busy time, I have chosen meals to make ahead or ones with simple recipes. For a Christmas party we have next weekend, I am excited to try the Salted Caramel Spice Cake from My Fling with Food. Not only does it sound delicious but since it’s a Trim Healthy Mama recipe, it will help me stay on plan. I also didn’t get a chance to make the Cry No More Brownies on page 314 from the Trim Healthy Mama Book so that is back on the menu. As for our evening meals, here is what I plan:
Monday: Pearl’s Chili (E) (page 101 of the Trim Healthy Mama CookBook).
Tuesday: Taco Layer Salad Bake (S) (I’ll omit the corn and beans to stay in an S setting)
Thursday: Creamy Chicken and wild Rice Soup (E) (page 100 of the Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook)
Friday: Low Carb Pizzas
Saturday: We are headed to a Christmas party. Not only am I bringing the cake but also a slow cooker spinach artichoke dip (S) for a delicious appetizer.
