Family is visiting this week so I came up with some creative menu options for our guests. With our new favorite toy, the Instapot, taking center stage meal prep and cooking just became a whole lot easier. Monday: Leftover Crockpot Chili (E)- We made an extra large amount of chili so our meal is easy for a busy Monday night.
Wednesday: Eggroll in a Bowl (S)
Friday: Out to Dinner
